1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Ball Speed Ctrl application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose;
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
3. Disclaimer
The materials within the App are provided on an 'as is' basis. The App developers make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall the App developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if the App developer has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Usage.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
7. Data Collection and Usage
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that certain images generated by the App may be uploaded to our servers for analysis and machine learning training purposes. These images will be used to improve the App's functionality and accuracy. We will not share these images with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify any uploaded images solely for the purpose of improving our services.
8. Premium Subscription
Ball Speed Ctrl offers a premium yearly subscription that enables additional features not available in the free version of the App. By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are charged on an annual basis and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period;
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase;
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase;
- No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the term;
- Premium features are subject to change without prior notice.
